This facility is a special place. Needing to find a spot with professionals who understand Memory Care is not easy. We had tried two facilities in Brevard County and left after sub-adequate care. Though it is a tad further, we decided to try Promenade in Sebastian. Thank heaven we did. From meeting Anteria in marketing to working closely with Jennifer, the Exec. Dir., everyone understood the very special issues catering to an individual with Alzheimers/Dementia. If something seemed 'off', we got a phone call. We never had to wonder. We are so grateful for the care. Try them. You'll be glad you did. The Memory Care Unit is small so their attention to each resident is special. The residents have freedom but they are overseen constantly.

Madison was so nice to my grandma when I checked her into the facility for the first time. She was very encouraging and very helpful on making sure she knows everything that she needed to. Thank you so much

I want to share this with everyone. My best friend just passed away there at his home at the promenade. He was in memory care and the care he received was excellent! I cannot give enough praise for the staff there. From the very first day it was welcoming. Like home! They treated us like family. If I ever need help someone was always there. Every morning it was always, "good morning,if you need anything we are there". When I was leaving it was always,"Have a great day and we will see you tomorrow." I cant thank this entire staff enough for the care they provided. My best friend could be difficult at times,but the staff was so understanding. From the excellent nurses,med techs,cna's, the great memory director, sales, dietary and everyone else who gave him care I thank you From the bottom of my heart! It takes a great leader for a staff to be awesome. Thank you Jennifer. This administration is the best! She steps in and actually helps wherever there is help needed. Passing pills, cooking, care for a resident, etc. Thank you the entire staff at the promenade. I will never forget!

We had a great experience with the team at The Promenade, lead by Anteria Mortimer. Our situation was a bit of an emergency and Ann bent over backwards to accommodate us. On very short notice she invited me over for a tour and showed me a very nice, new, clean, sunny place with a very welcoming staff. She is very compassionate individual and a strong -- responsive -- communicator, which I value. Ultimately, we decided on home care because we did have that as an option, but if not I would have felt good about the decision to place my father at The Promenade. As you research and evaluate assisted living facilities in the Vero Beach area, there will be value in speaking with the folks at The Promenade.

My new home away from home. There are so many activities to do such as, Painting, flower arrangements, cooking class, arts and crafts. Etc. I made the right decision! Anteria I want to thank you so much helping me through this process and being so genuine and honest. You truly do care about your residents and it shows. Promenade you have a gem in Anteria. Don't loose her!!

I would not be here if it wasn't for Anteria. We spoke on the phone every day for a week. I came in to meet her. She made me feel so at peace with my decision and made the transition smooth. The building is so clean!! The residents are nice and the staff is nice. Robin always has so many activities for us to do. Then, Jeanie in housekeeping can literally do it all. She is efficient and comes soon as she can with a smile on her face and no complaints. Trust me I'm not an easy person to please. Then the dinning room staff is excellent and work so hard and always have a smile on their face when they are serving. Kyle is over the kitchen and runs a tight ship and so caring. If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Thank you Anteria for everything!

The staff is so kind and welcoming. I toured with Anteria (such a fun name!), and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Several staff members stopped to introduce themselves to me, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I also met some of the med techs, and they answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Thank you so much for hosting the trick-or-treating event for the community. My children had such a wonderful time, but what stood out to me most was how much joy it clearly brought to the residents as well. It was so special seeing the interaction between the kids and everyone in both assisted living and memory care. You can tell a lot about a place by the way the residents and staff interact, and everyone we encountered seemed genuinely engaged, kind, and well cared for. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the entire experience felt warm and meaningful for all ages. Thank you for creating opportunities like this that bring the community together in such a thoughtful way.

My students and I have had the privilege of visiting and performing each year at The Promenade, and it is truly one of the most welcoming places you could imagine. From the moment you walk through the doors, it feels less like a facility and more like home. The beautiful surroundings, warm atmosphere, and genuine kindness of the staff make every visit so special. What stands out most is how much love, care, and attention they pour into their residents. It is obvious they go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences, engaging activities, and a true sense of community for everyone who lives there. Watching the residents light up during our performances is something our students look forward to every year. We are so grateful to be welcomed back year after year and to be a small part of the joy they bring to so many. The Promenade is truly a special place, and Indian River County is lucky to have them.

The Promenade is a truly beautiful place. The residents are happy, and they're treated like family. The community is clean, welcoming, and always has a warm atmosphere.It gives me a lot of joy and a steady heart to know how genuinely loved and cared for my relative is here.

What stood out most to our family at The Promenade was how genuine and caring the marketing director was throughout the entire process. Instead of pressuring us, she actually encouraged us to tour other facilities, narrow down our options, and make the best decision for our loved one. She even provided names and numbers for other marketers and openly discussed competitors like Pelican Landing. That level of honesty and compassion meant everything to us. It showed that she truly cared about helping families find the right fit, not just filling a room or making a sale. Because of that experience, our family confidently chose The Promenade. The best Facility I have seen!! Very bright and cheerful. Staff is wonderful.

So very happy about our experience with the Promenade in Sebastian. The staff is outstanding. We were able to get my mom into an apartment that met her needs, had the option to have it furnished and even pick out some of the furnishings and decor. They do laundry whenever you need, deep clean at least 1x per week, the dining hall is lovely, and there are lots of activities to engage residents with each other. What I appreciate most is how communicative the staff is, especially as I live many states away and can't check in on my loved one as much as I'd like. But the team at the promenade is there for me and my loved one seems to be increasingly adjusting and feeling safe and cared for. Would definitely recommend and have heard from others in the Sebastian/Vero area who similarly have only great things to say. Thank you so much for all that you do!

The Promenade is a wonderful assisted living and memory care facility located in Sebastian Florida. It's a wonderful place for your loved one to continue to spend quality time and enjoy the remainder of their lifetime. The just like home feeling you get when you walk in the door is the most wonderful feeling. It lets you know your loved one is in the place they are meant to be. Stop in for a visit to see what I am talking about for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
