The Promenade is a wonderful assisted living and memory care facility located in Sebastian Florida. It's a wonderful place for your loved one to continue to spend quality time and enjoy the remainder of their lifetime. The just like home feeling you get when you walk in the door is the most wonderful feeling. It lets you know your loved one is in the place they are meant to be. Stop in for a visit to see what I am talking about for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Dropped in for a tour with no appointment and the Sales Director Anterior was very nice about me dropping in. She told me don’t apologize and that’s what she’s there for. My mother is at another facility (horrible) Anterior was very honest and upfront. She is not like your typical sales person she really card and it showed. She gave the tour explained everything. The facility was beautiful. I drive by the promenade everyday and never been inside. Thank you Anterior for you honesty and being genuine.

From the moment we walked into The Promenade for our initial tour, we knew it was the perfect community for mom and dad. As soon as you walk in the front door, you notice the décor, which is bright, airy and cheerful. Between meals and muliple life enriched programs/clubs, mom and dad will have access to a variety of social programs and services. There is always something happening in the community. But most of all, it was the staff, especially Sherrie Waltz that made our tour of The Promenade such an enjoyable experience. Speaking of the staff, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to show us why residents love it here. A few services that we knew mom and dad would love was the beauty and nail salon (on Site), Mobile / On-site Pet Grooming and transportation to doctor appointments or even shopping. The Promenade makes their residents feel like nothing has to change in their lives. Their residents happiness is what the staff is committed to. But, suffice it to say, for those who want peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being cared for in the most compassionate way, consider The Promenade in Sebastian Florida.

I took a tour with Ronda, but first I had lunch, compliments of Ronda. The food was exceptional! The staff and residents were very nice and personable. The facility was impeccable.. I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere and believe me, I looked! There are lots of activities, socials, and Happy Hour every day. You can be as social as you want or have quiet time too. There are lots of extras included in what I thought was a very reasonable monthly price

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful facility and was immediately impressed by the welcoming sunlit lobby with a view of the lush tropical courtyard. Ronda gave me a tour and there are so many amenities that there is no way a resident could ever be bored or lonely. There are so many activities and events. The apartments are spacious and it is very clean and well appointed. I also had lunch and the menu is diverse and the food is delicious. Ronda also welcomes people to rent their activity center for educational events for their residents. I highly recommend that you contact Ronda and arrange a tour if you're considering independent or assisted living. They also have a state-of-the-art memory care division as well.

My aunt is a new resident at The Promenade! This place is amazing and the staff is amazing, especially Ronda, the marketing girl. Super accommodating, if you are looking for senior living and visit The Promenade, you will not have to look anywhere else! 5 stars!

I toured yesterday with my mom. She's making the decision about where to move as she transitions to a new chapter in her life. I was SO impressed with The Promenade. It was spotlessly clean. (I used to be the director of housekeeping in a hospital -- this is important to me.) We had lunch and the food was excellent. There were so many activities to explore, and the apartment was really lovely. There was no pressure to sign something "right now." As a family member, I was very pleased. Mom is still making her decision, so she's not a resident yet. What I can say is - for sure - go take a look.

Beautiful building, very welcoming and sweet nursing staff. They could use a newer E.D but everything else is absolutely great!

My father Bobby has thrived living at the Promenade for one year now. The entire staff is tremendous. His apartment is awesome with a living room with small kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a $1million bathroom. Lots of food, activities and trips. Everyone is so friendly. I am so happy to have my dad living at the Promenade.

This is a warm and friendly environment. The residents are engaged. The staff is attentive . Promenade is a welcomed and much needed community to the Sebastian, Vero area.

The receptionists at the facility are very very good. Also all the caregivers are extremely efficient. Great people who care about residents.

The Promenade is a wonderful facility. It is clean and beautifully appointed. The food is delicious and the staff is excellent. The management is always open to suggestions and are continually improving .

A wonderful afternoon concert of a violinist and her beautiful voice. Promenade has wonderful activities such as these to keep the residents entertained. The staff is wonderful and very caring to the residents!

Wonderful experience for Mom. She is in Memory Care and with the help of the staff is adjusting well. They have numerous activities to keep her active and is always willing to participate because the staff is guiding her along. The building is light and bright and so connected to our to beautiful Florida weather. She loves the patios.Thank you to Promenade staff for helping Mom threw the Dementia phase of her life.

I have been a visitor at The Promenade several times. During my visits, the staff are friendly and warm. More importantly, the residents are happy! One of few assisted living communities taking extra precautions during covid. (I work in the industry as a vendor and have been to many that are not) If I had the need, I would certainly consider The Promenade as my first choice!

My Mother is a resident and we moved her down from Michigan two months ago. The staff is outstanding and keeps us in the loop as to her actives. They are always keeping her busy with things to do everyday and outings to see the beautiful surroundings.
She has commented on the food (how good it is) and finds the ice-cream social hour and happy hour, enjoyable and delicious.
Michelle the activities manager on the memory care unit is fantastic and is always keeping everyone busy with the fun activities for the day.
The staff is always friendly and they always have a smile on their faces, and are helpful and treat the residents like family.
I would recommend going in and seeing the beautiful building and the staff.

The Promenade is a beautiful facility and a warm a friendly community. My experience at The Promenade was amazing they have great entertainment and the soup is to die for. Stop by on Wednesday for their Soup de jour delicious.

I watched this building from conception to fruition. When I walked in the front door, I was greeted with a friendly and enthusiastic staff as well as a beautiful lobby with so much natural light. The atmosphere is welcoming and very homey! Stop by and check it out. You can tour the building and see for yourself!
